| X-Y Adjustable Bases | |
| Adjustable bases from Generic slides provide an easy and convenient method for providing top down x-y adjustable mounting of equipment and tooling used in automation systems. These adjustable bases use two sliding plates that are guided in the x and y directions, and positioned by fine adjustment screws. Use pre-drilled mounting holes or drill your own custom-mounting pattern. | Z-lift units from Generic Slides are pneumatically driven equipment bases with a short stroke z-axis travel. These lifts have a high payload capacity, are low In height,and robust in construction. They provide guided motion with end of travel adjustments, ad sensors in the up and down position. | Use Z-Lift units from Generic Slides where ever a low Profile z-axis positioning device is needed. Z-Lifts can be used to raise fixturing for assembly operations, or as a conveyor pallet lift and locate. The cam actuated lifting motion can provide rigid support for pressing, drilling or screw driving applications. Used in conjunction with other slides the Z-Lift provides an excellent mounting platform with vertical motion for pick and place transfers. |

Universal Mounts Universal mounts are still extension arms with articulated mounting points at each end, they can be used with mounting Plats, or fastened to each other to reach in and around obstacles, or to provide positioning at complex angles. Universal mounts from Generic Slides are easily adjustable to any position, have a high payload capacity, and use a vibration dampening material to retain Position. Universal mounts are used for adjustable positioning of vision cameras, sensors, probes, and test equipment. They can also be used as a mounting for small bore air cylinders, air jet and coolant nozzles. |
